Women's Wellness & Adventure Weekend

October 3-5 , 2008

Renew, Relax, Rediscover...

Located on the shores of Grindstone Lake, the Audubon Center’s 535 acres of beautifully varied landscapes provide the perfect setting for this complete holistic adventure. Spend this weekend with your friends or take the opportunity to get away by yourself, meet new people, and learn new skills. A mix of professionals in the fields of health, exercise, crafts and nutrition will provide a variety of physical, mental, and spiritual activities to choose from.

You’ll find our accommodations are perfect for a weekend of adventure, relaxation and renewal.  You will be housed in either Crosby Lodge or Lowry Lodge, which are centrally located to all the weekend’s activities—each spacious room is equipped with bunk style beds and sleeps up to 5 or 8 people.

environmental education programs, centers, and careers.
Our Vision:
The environment is the blackboard for the Center's educational programs; the common ground that brings us together with the natural world and people from around the globe to share our concerns for one another and the future. It is through positive and shared experience that we hope we can affect the values and actions of our people to create a world of harmonious diversity.
