Women’s Wellness & Adventure Weekend – Fall 2019

October 4 @ 4:30 pm - October 6 @ 4:30 pm

Located on the shores of Grindstone Lake, the Audubon Center of the North Woods’ (ACNW) 780 acres of beautifully varied landscapes provide the perfect setting for this complete holistic retreat weekend. Spend this time with your friends or take the opportunity to get away by yourself, meet new people, and learn new skills. During the weekend, you can choose from a wide variety of mind, body & spirit activities, book a massage or private reiki, chakra or intuitive session, and enjoy wonderful meals, as well as take the opportunity to be immersed in nature.

You’ll find ACNW is the perfect venue for this wonderful weekend of adventure, relaxation and renewal. Comfy dorm-style lodging (rustic options and commuter or camping rates are also available), delicious and plentiful food, and beautiful lakeside surroundings allow you to fully enjoy this time away from your everyday responsibilities – we’ve got you covered!

Our food at these events has a reputation of its own! We strive to provide healthy scratch-made meals with a focus on fresh, local and seasonal, and our chef carefully plans and prepares each one with creativity and taste. Gluten-free, vegetarian and/or vegan options are served at every meal.

This event for adult women is offered every spring and fall – the first weekend of May and the first weekend of October.

Must be 21 years of age or older.
